  1. For the Mephisto boss fight, we accidentally showed some incorrect footage. Thanks to the viewers that pointed out this unintended error.

  2. Actually Mafesto (typo) isn't tricky and cunning. He is contrite and filled with regret from betraying God. He constantly warns Faust in Christopher Marlowe's rendition to repent and go back to God, but Faust believing himself reprobate, even though he vacillates as the play progresses with damnation and contrition, obdurately proceeds upon the darker path, unheedful as it were.

  3. Feels a bit like Alecto cheats a bit by her scary form being a mix of two other monsters: Scylla and Charybdis… also not sure if thats really the GoW lady players have the most concerns about facing.

  4. I'm sorry but what part of Umi-Bozu scary?? It's basically a blob of water😂😂
Medusa on the other hand was complete nightmare fuel
Also out of ALL the bosses from Bloodborne u chose the one that has a female private part as a face? 😂And not only that but as number 1? Idk if I'm just twisted but in most of these games there are some things that are way more bone chilling

  5. Bloodborne's entities are definitely inspired by the Cthulhu Mythos, but none of them are actually part of or even connected to the mythos. There is no reference to the likes of Azathoth, Nyarlathotep, Yog-Sothoth, or any of the other Outer Gods, so Ebrietas doesn't count as part of Lovecraft's mythos. On the other hand, Shub-Niggurath appeared in Quake, and Nyarlathotep appeared in Dusk. Those two could potentially qualify for this list if deemed scary.
